We want you to be completely happy with your shades! If there’s an issue, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:

  • Sunglasses must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags, case, and packaging included
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Returns must be approved before sending the item back

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Orders returned without prior approval

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and send you instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or process your exchange
