We want you to be completely happy with your shades! If there’s an issue, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Sunglasses must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags, case, and packaging included
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Returns must be approved before sending the item back
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Orders returned without prior approval
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Email us with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll confirm if your return is eligible and send you instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or process your exchange
